Graduate Development
Our comprehensive Graduate Development Program is a three year ‘on the job’ intensive learning experience which operates in parallel to the Engineers Australia Professional Development Program.
Program elements include personal mentoring and coaching, department rotations, training and development courses, project review and HAZOP meetings, competency mapping, graduate forums, and invaluable real project site experience. We encourage a hands-on approach that allows you to fully appreciate the engineering industry, and obtain the skills and experience needed to work on some of the worlds most exciting and diverse global scale projects.
