Traders
You will need to be a penultimate, final/honours year student or recent graduate with a distinction average in one of the disciplines listed below. You've got a flair for numbers, and a passion for finance and the markets. You're a conceptual thinker who thrives on solving problems and coming up with brilliant ideas. A good sense of humour, nerves of steel and a thirst for success are also required.

Developers and Application Engineers
You are a penultimate, final/honours year student or a recent graduate with a distinction average in one of the IT disciplines listed below. You are a creative person who's brilliant at finding smart solutions and even better at communicating them.

Disciplines

• Trading - Finance, Economics, Commerce, Maths, Physics, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Actuarial Studies and Computer Science.
• IT - Computer Science, Computing, Information Systems and Software Engineering

Starting salary and benefits
$75,000 –$100,000 plus annual bonus
