Join our Cadet Program and combine your degree with work experience, using the knowledge you’re gaining at university in a real-life context. By the time you graduate, you’re likely to have had at least two years work experience — work experience that could see you return to us full time at a higher level than other graduates once you’ve completed your studies. You’ll start with a peer group who, along with your buddy and counsellor, will support your development.
