Our Ascenders Program is a two-year development program designed for graduates who’ve specialised in:
- Construction Management
- Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Quantity Surveying
- Finance; or
- A related discipline.
Our Program offers you:
- On-site and office rotations to ensure you get a complete overview of the Laing O’Rourke business
- An assigned mentor to support and assist with your career planning and progression
- A structured learning and Development program to further your personal and professional development, and
- Regular performance-based reviews.
When you’ve completed the Program, you’ll even have the opportunity to work on some of our world-leading projects.
