When you join Newmont as a newly-hired graduate, you’re really going places – in more ways than one. All graduates in Newmont Asia Pacific are participants in our Emerging Talent Program (ETP), a 2-year career development plan to get you off to a strong start so you can maximise your potential right out of the gate.
