Our grad program – Evolve
Evolve is designed for graduates from all disciplines across Parsons Brinckerhoff. Evolve aims at providing our graduates with development opportunities on the journey from graduate to emerging professional and beyond. It is a three year program.
Evolve is a rich blended learning experience. It comprises a holistic approach to the development of our graduates, encompassing on the job learning, learning through others and formal learning (both face to face and online). It also aims to develop lifelong learning skills.
Consulting 101 is the first part of the Evolve Program. It consists of a series of modules designed to assist graduates to better understand the role of a consultant at Parsons Brinckerhoff as well as helping to develop and enhance some of the personal skills required in our business.
The focus of year two is the Project Management learning activities.
The focus of year three is the Business Development learning activities and introduction to Management.
