The Telstra Graduate Development Program equips graduates with the experience and knowledge needed to become future leaders in our business. It includes bi–monthly learning and development workshops, skill building sessions, invaluable hands on projects and plenty of social and networking events.

To help you navigate the many worlds of Telstra you’ll be guided by a dedicated mentor, your manager and a buddy, and you’ll gain exposure and support from the Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.

We are offering graduate roles in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, however majority of the roles will be based in Melbourne and Sydney.

To be eligible you must be an Australian or NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident, and have/will successfully complete a minimum three year undergraduate degree in one of the above areas by Dec 2012.
