Hi gophy001
Your experience will definitely be favourably considered in your application. It is great if people can demonstrate some interest/passion in the chosen discipline and employment experience helps.

The eligibility for the graduate program is that you must graduate in either 2011, 2010, or 2009 and you must be Australia/NZ citizen or Permanent Resident.

Thanks for the advice Katrina,

Following on from your reply about the online application, is the test an aptitude test? I've been told that lots of employers use these to gauge candidate suitability. Can you learn how to answer aptitude questions correctly? or are they more of a personality thing?

Hi kellybrooke
No, we do not use aptitude or psychometric assessment until later in the recruitment process. The screening questions in the online application are simply to understand why you are applying for the Graduate Program with Suncorp and to get an idea of your communication, teamwork and analytical skills.

You can get some practice answering psychometric assessment online through various websites. Just google it. I think the SHL website has some practice tests.
