Hi Matty, thanks for your feedback on the program and the website :) Good on you regarding the charity year. Please note that we hire a year in advance. For instance if you apply this year you will need to start next year. If you apply next year in 2012, you will need to start in 2013. Hope this helps?

That's a shame, as if I'm on a gap year I will be able to apply for a role but would not be able to attend an interview - as I'd be abroad. Is there any other alternative to a face to face interview.
This could influence my decision to have a gap year - as it sounds like my chances of getting on a grad program would be seriously hindered.
Do you have any further advice?
