What percentage of work would be carried out in teams as opposed to individually?

the positions seem very much like advisory roles trying to help business to succeed - is this correct?

edit - it appears more to do with internal audit :)

Hi teknoboy,

As a graduate consultant you will be working with a team all the time. As you develop your skills and experience you can then meet with clients by yourself and report back to the manager in the office.

Yes you very right about our work in Protiviti, as we essentially work with clients to identify business risks and opportunities to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of an organisations processes.

Cheers

My work experience is nothing flash and rather limited - mostly retail and no office/professional experience... is this going to be be problematic or looked down upon?

also, is a cover letter mandatory? Can we just answer the 300 word response to in the text field?

Hi teknoboy,

Work experience is only one piece of the selection criteria, the same can be said for academic marks as well.

We look for an allrounder for a position of graduate consultant.

A cover letter is not mandatory but once again if it is a field on the application form then it's there for a reason.

Cheers
