Ahmed: Do you have opportunities for overseas work during the graduate program?

90% of Qantas’ employees are based in Australia, with the majority based in Sydney. However, from time to time there may be a possibility for overseas and interstate rotations, however, this is based strictly on business needs and requirements. The first rotation is usually based in Mascot Sydney.

Rupinder: I am an Australian Citizen but only recently. I have excellent communication skills even though english is my second language. Does not having English as a first language hinder me in any way?

Having English as your second language doesn't hinder you at all. In your application be sure to highlight the positives of this - eg. your other language skills and understanding of cross cultural issues, as well as demonstrate your communications skills.
