As a Graduate, you take part in a 12 week training program including a one week off-site Graduate Camp followed by structured development programs throughout your career. When you start, your buddy will help you settle in, you will always have a coach who will provide technical support and guidance and a mentor who will help keep you on track.
We will also support you throughout the Chartered Accountants program with training, workshops and study leave and we reward you on completion of the program.
There’s more to professional services than just accounting …
We are looking for people to work one on one with real clients who face real issues. You will join one of our Business Services teams where you will help business owners plan, strategise, grow, structure, manage and ultimately build their wealth. And of course, you’ll help with their accounting, taxation and reporting!
This is a very different model to traditional accounting firms. It is the key to the success of our clients, our firm and our people.
