MMG is interested in hearing from candidates who have graduated in the following disciplines;
- Mining Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mineral Processing/Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering Geology/Geosciences/Occupational Health and Safety.

From day one as a new MMG Graduate you will be immersed in our Graduate Development Program. A buddy will support your transition into life on a mining site, and your Supervisor will enable you to learn first hand how MMG operates. Overseeing this will be your Technical Discipline Leader who will guide you down your own unique development path. Additionally the MMG graduate program will offer you;
- Twice yearly development workshops based in Melbourne, allowing you to develop leadership skills and corporate operational knowledge.
- Networking opportunities with MMG Business Leaders and peers.
- Training and development specific to your discipline.
- Rotation to at least two MMG Australian Operations (Tasmania, Queensland and Western Australia), exposing you to open pit and underground environments.
